Newport isn't the sleepiest beach town, and that's a plus when it comes to dining. 

 

It's really 2 beach towns divided by the 101 highway. The Nye Beach and Bayfront areas have concentrated dining.  Being a working seafood town has its pluses too, when so often it's oddly hard to find fresh seafood on the Oregon Coast.  Head on over to the resources page to see our favorites mapped out in yellow.  We threw in some highlights on the map if you are travelling further too.  Here are our favs:
